Right of withdrawal

Consumers entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal may withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the day they, or a person designated by them other than the carrier, receive the order.

To exercise this right, submit a clear withdrawal request through our online withdrawal function or Contact page before the deadline, stating your name and order number. Return instructions will then be provided. The products must be sent back within 14 calendar days after submitting the request.

Return conditions

Products should only have been handled as necessary to check their nature, characteristics and fit. We may deduct any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the products unless they are defective, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we are informed of the withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

If the entire order is returned, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method. Additional costs resulting from the selection of a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products or sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where legally applicable.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
